Our Head Chef and Owner, Paul Larkins has always had a huge passion for food which played an important part of his early family life. As soon as he was able to, he made it his goal to train and turn his love for food into a career and he has been doing it ever since. It is this passion for food that is evident in the dishes he serves, from a wedding meal to a simple business lunch - the passion to provide the best quality dishes using the highest quality ingredients is the same.
